Bristol Reclaim the Night 2011
Bristol Reclaim the Night 2011 took place on Friday 18th Nov
Hundreds took to the streets of Bristol to demonstrate the right to walk through the city, free from the fear of sexual harassment, abuse and violence.
Supporters gathered fro 6pm at College Green for a vigil to remember the victims of violence, before marching through the city accompanied by Samba drummers. The march demanded an end to all sexual violence, on the street, in the workplace, in schools and in the home.

An after party was held at the Stag and Hounds to celebrate the achievements of the Reclaim the Night movement and the victim support services in our city. Thank you to bands: Hysterical Injury, Drunken Butterfly, Lace on Lipstick, Cut your Hair DJs for a night of excellent music and dance!
